FAQ

QUESTION: HOW DO I BOOK A LUXURY PICNIC?

1. Pick the Package You Want (VIP or Basic)

2. Pick the Theme

3. Pick your Add-ons

4. Email luxuryroseinfo@gmail.com to Book! 

A Luxury Rose Picnics are a 3 hour event  for the VIP package, or 4.5 for the Basic Package (unless previously agreed upon).

All you need to do for the VIP Package is:

1) make your booking

2) invite your guests, and then

3) show up!

One of our team will be there to greet your party and when you’re ready to leave you’ll simply text us and we’ll arrive to do the pack up.

All you need to do for the Basic Package is:

1) make your booking & invite your guests

2) pick up the supplies & set-up

3) enjoy your picnic

4) take down & return items!

*Please note: dates go fast so if you want a specific date in mind, sending a deposit as soon as possible secures your date.

QUESTION: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY LUXURY PICNIC?

Once we receive your deposit, we take our product out of inventory for your specified date and are 100% committed to be available for your event. Based on that, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit. However, we do understand that things come up, so we are committed to working with you on rescheduling your event for a later date within 365 days. Please note, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling and 48 hours notice for add-on items.

QUESTION: WHAT IF THE WEATHER ISN'T IDEAL FOR A PICNIC?

We do not offer refunds due to weather and encourage you to have a back-up indoor space as another option. At least 24 hours notice is required if you need to change your date due to the weather. 

QUESTION: WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGE AN ITEM?

You are responsible for all picnic décor during your event. Damage/loss may result in additional charges. Please do not leave your picnic unattended. 

QUESTION: WHO PROVIDES THE FOOD?

Luxury Rose does NOT offer food and beverage service as part of our priced packages. However, we have partnered with local businesses, Taste Patisserie by Katrina and Wildflowers Bistro & Boutique to offer you additional food add-on options. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage. All garbage and food scraps are your responsibility to dispose of.

QUESTION: DOES LUXURY PICNICS OFFER ALCOHOLIC ADD-ON OPTIONS?

Luxury Rose does not provide any alcohol. Customers are encouraged to follow provincial law regarding consuming alcohol in public spaces.

QUESTION: DO YOU CLEAN ALL YOUR MATERIALS?

All picnic items are sanitized and/or washed between uses.
